Our programs & activities

Everything we do is built around the wellbeing, learning and cultural identity of every child in our care.

Early Learning

Licensed preschool program

Our core program is a licensed, play-based early childhood education program for children in the years before school. Guided by qualified educators and the Early Years Learning Framework, children learn through hands-on play, stories, music, art and outdoor discovery.

  • Play-based learning that builds confidence and curiosity
  • Literacy, numeracy and social skills for school readiness
  • Nutritious routines and a safe, caring daily rhythm

Culture & Identity

Strong in culture, strong in self

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture is at the heart of Wunanbiri. Through storytelling, song, art, language and connection to Country, children develop a proud sense of identity and belonging that stays with them for life.

  • Cultural learning woven through everyday activities
  • Connection to Country, community and Elders
  • Celebrating significant days and cultural events

We know that strong families raise strong children. Alongside our preschool program, we offer support services that help families access the resources and connections they need — building a welcoming community around every child.

  • Information, guidance and referrals for families
